Shipping Method

LittleSwag is pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping for all of our gift bundles. Shipping prices for Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, and Two Day Express are based on order total and appear during checkout.

Orders that ship via Standard Ground typically arrive within 5-10 business days. LittleSwag does not guarantee a specific arrival date or time frame with this shipping method.

PO BOXES

LittleSwag does not ship to PO Boxes.

HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, APO/AFO

Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States such as Hawaii, Alaska, US Military addresses, Puerto Rico and Guam are initially assessed a $20 flag fee. Please note, this is NOT the actual shipping cost. Prior to shipping your order, a customer service representative will contact you with the exact shipping cost for your approval. Military shipments are considered international by the USPS and require customs forms and special handling.

ORDER TIMEFRAMES

While we do strive to ship most orders within 24 hours, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed shipment dates, please select either of the express shipping services and place the order by 11 am MST Monday through Friday. The order will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday with Express as the shipping method will ship the next business day.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

LittleSwag does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by FedEx or returned to LittleSwag as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by FedEx a $10.00 charge is assessed to the billing party. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We stand behind every item purchased at Littleswag.com. If you are not completely satisfied with a Littleswag purchase or gift bundle, please contact us for an exchange. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and meet the following criteria:

  • The toy(s) were purchased from LittleSwag.
  • The toy(s) is new and unused with no signs of wear or use.
  • Any dolls or stuffed animals have all the original tags attached.
  • Any dollhouses, tricycles or play kitchens have not been assembled.

Please wrap the gift in its original packaging (if possible) and follow these simple steps:

  1. For your security please return your gift with an insured carrier. (E.g. Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds

  • 1-2 weeks upon receipt and inspection LittleSwag will issue a refund of the purchase price paid less any coupons, point discounts, and shipping charges, if applicable.
  • The original purchasing credit card is issued a refund within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). It typically takes 1-5 additional business days for the refund to post or appear on a credit card statement.
  • Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or item exchange.
  • Express shipping charges are not refundable unless there was an error on our part.

Refused shipments/orders will be subject to a $10 fee and may be assessed an additional 15% restocking fee. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.

Missing Items

If your gift bundles are missing an item, please contact us immediately. We will ship the item out as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, we will promptly refund the billing credit card.

Damaged items

It is our goal to have every gift bundle arrive looking just as it appears on our website. In the unfortunate cases where items are damaged during shipment, we will do everything in our power to make you happy and at no expense to you. If items in your bundle are damaged:

  • Please report damaged items to us within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Please contact us for returning instructions. Please DO NOT ship the item back to us before contacting customer service. Depending on the item, we may ship a replacement or if the item is no longer available issue a credit to the billing credit card.
  • Please note that we do not pay for return shipping costs unless pre-approved by a Littleswag Representative and the approval is noted on the original order in our system.
  • We have implemented this system to assure damaged items are handled as fairly as possible. If it is determined that the item(s) is not damaged, we reserve the right to charge the billing party for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping is determined by our shipping carriers and is based on the package weight, dimensions and shipping origin and destination.
  • Sales Tax

    Littleswag only charges sales tax for purchases in the State of Arizona.

    International Shipments

    At this time, LittleSwag does not accept international orders.

    Cancellation Policy

    At LittleSwag, we work hard to expedite your order quickly. Once an order is generated on our system, it’s very difficult to change or cancel. The product may be on its way by the time we receive a cancellation request.

    If you don't want an order, please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy to find out how to return or exchange our gift bundles.

    Back-Order Items

    On the rare occasions an item may be backordered. LittleSwag makes every attempt to ship backordered item(s) within 15 days. If we can't fulfill your order within the 15-day period, we'll cancel your order and notify you by e-mail. If you would like to cancel your backorder, please use our Cancel Backorder e-mail form to cancel.

    Returns / Exchanges of Packages or Bundles

    We treat packages or bundles as one item, and all components of a package or bundle must be returned /exchanged as a unit.
